Readiness Diagnostic

Is your organisation ready to successfully achieve one of our quality programs? Before you embark on a quality program, it’s important to determine your organisation’s level of readiness.

Our Readiness Diagnostic service is a mock assessment to help your organisation evaluate your level of preparedness, and which steps you should be taking next. This onsite mock assessment is conducted by an international team of our assessors, who develop a report which includes Priority Action Items for your organisation to address to prepare for future achievement of a quality program.

We highly recommend a Readiness Diagnostic if your organisation has never undertaken a quality program to international standards, or if you are considering moving from one quality program to another – such as from Recognition to Accreditation.
